The Qualifi Level 4 Diploma in Business Management is designed to develop learners’ knowledge, understanding and practical capabilities in business and management. The qualification supports both academic and professional development and is intended to help learners build the analytical, evaluative and transferable skills required within modern organisations.
The programme develops knowledge across important management areas including organisational communication, leadership, finance, change management, business operations and team development. Learners are encouraged to connect management theories with their practical application in the business environment.
Applicants must be aged 18 or above.
The specification states that learners entering the Level 4 programme are envisaged to have a Level 3 qualification.
Approved centres are responsible for reviewing each applicant and determining whether they have the ability to successfully complete the programme and meet the demands of the qualification.
For applicants whose first language is not English, IELTS 6 or equivalent is required.
Applicants are normally required to provide two supporting references, with at least one preferably being academic.

Managing Change
This unit develops learners’ understanding of organisational change and the processes involved in managing it effectively. Learners explore change management models, analyse organisational issues, consider different options for change and develop plans for implementation, monitoring and evaluation.
